\u00a0Estar siempre en equilibrio y postura<\/strong>
\no Jugador que defiende el bal\u00f3n. Presi\u00f3n constante (salvo por scouting nos recostemos m\u00e1s atr\u00e1s)
\no Jugadores que tienen muy fuerte su 1vs 1 o aquellos que sobre la l\u00ednea de 3 pts. no tienen buen porcentaje de 3 pts. La vista en el bal\u00f3n y las manos trabajan de abajo hacia arriba para tocar la pelota.<\/p>\n

\uf0d8 Jugador def. sin pelota se ubica de acuerdo a donde se encuentra la pelota y al plan de juego de dicha situaci\u00f3n
\n\uf0d8 2 situaciones a 1 pase y llega a bal\u00f3n: recuperaci\u00f3n defensiva a 1 o 2 manos, contestar el tiro, cerrar camino close out.
\n\uf0d8 A 2 pases ubicaci\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica pelota\/ jugador que defiende<\/p>\n

DEFENSA DE LAS PENETRACIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayuda defensiva:<\/strong> Es una acci\u00f3n que se da cuando un defensor es sobrepasado y existe un peligro de recibir una anotaci\u00f3n, no siempre a una ayuda defensiva le sigue una rotaci\u00f3n, en muchos casos se da la situaci\u00f3n de ayuda y recupero sobre el jugador asignado.<\/p>\n

Rotaci\u00f3n defensiva<\/strong>: Es la acci\u00f3n que se da luego que se prest\u00f3 una ayuda defensiva y se busca equilibrar nuevamente la defensa; esta puede involucrar a 2 jugadores o a los 5 dependiendo de lo que la situaci\u00f3n a resolver nos demande.<\/p>\n

Ajuste defensivo:<\/strong> Es una acci\u00f3n en la que se gener\u00f3 un desequilibrio y en vez de realizar una rotaci\u00f3n, se ajusta considerando a las caracter\u00edsticas del adversario (scouting)<\/p>\n

ATRAPES EN POSTE BAJO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuando el jugador posteado recibe el bal\u00f3n y la defensa se encuentra en desventaja (por la capacidad del atacante jugando en ese sector, por un mal emparejamiento defensivo, o ambas) surge un contenido t\u00e1ctico a desarrollar: el atrape al poste bajo.
