    A modo de entrada en calor Augusto trabaja driles de dribling y pases a 1 mano estimulando la creatividad en el mismo. Luego ejercit\u00f3 los ejercicios de 1vs1 con Optimizaci\u00f3n del dribling.<\/p>\n

    Otro de los conceptos que se explican es el de romper horizontales a la hora de pasar en juegos de 1 vs1 m\u00e1s receptores y empezar a trabajar o fabricar l\u00edneas de pases. Se han utilizado ejercicios variados desde 3 vs3 a 4vs4 condicionando ataque y defensa con el objetivo de ejercitar las l\u00edneas de pase sin estructuras R\u00edgidas sino desde la propia interpretaci\u00f3n de los espacios y la de defensa por parte del jugador, este m\u00f3dulo se encuentra repleto de ejercicios<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

    El disertante habla de alejarse de lo que es la \u201cformaci\u00f3n lineal\u201d del deportista, en donde los ejercicios tienen un formato que le dicen al jugador todo lo que quieren hacer.
